How long does it usually take for online purchases to arrive?

All our orders are prepared and shipped the same day, if placed before 1pm.
Orders placed after 1pm are usually dispatched the following day.
We always use express delivery services, which are delivered the day after collection, so you can expect your order to be delivered within 24/8 hours of placing it.

Can I collect my order online at your shop?

Yes, to do this you must select the "Pick up" option on the first checkout screen.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection. It will normally take a few hours to prepare it and at the latest it will be ready for collection the following day.
Once you have received the email, you will be able to pick it up at our shop at Villalar 3, during our usual opening hours (Monday - Friday 11:00 - 20: and Saturdays from 11:00 to 15:00).

How long do I have to make changes or returns?

The deadline for processing exchanges and/or returns, for all orders placed online, is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package.

For orders to be picked up at the shop, the period begins when you receive the notification that your order is ready to be picked up.

How do I return an item from an online order?

To request an exchange and/or return you must access our "Returns and Exchanges Portal" by clicking on this link:

Once there, you must enter the zip code you used when you completed the order and your order number (remember to put the # symbol before the number. e.g. #99999)

Once you access the details of your order on the portal, you just have to follow a few simple steps:


1) Select the items you wish to exchange and/or return

2) Indicate the reason. If you wish to make an exchange, select the option "Other" and indicate the garment you wish to exchange the item for.
We recommend that you check our website to see if there is stock available of the item you wish to exchange for.

3) Select how you want the exchange or refund to be made (store credit, another garment, money back)

4) Select the method of return. (a) You have 3 options: Deliver the product in our store personally (b) Send us the product with a courier service of your choice to Calle Villalar 3, 28001, Madrid (c) Generate a shipping label from our website, which you can deposit at any post office

5) Check on the summary page that all data are correct and complete the process by downloading and printing the return label (if you have chosen this option).

What is the deadline for the refund of the amount of the return of an online purchase?


We refund the amount of your return as soon as we receive it in our warehouse and check that the condition of the garments is correct.

It is usually a matter of a few days after you send the package and we notify you by email that we have done so.

The return will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you have used a gift card to make the purchase, we will first refund the balance used on the gift card. If the amount to be refunded exceeds the balance used on the gift card, the difference will be refunded to the payment method used (Card, Paypal, etc).

What can I do if the item I receive is defective?

In the event that, exceptionally, you have received a defective item or one that does not meet the specified requirements, please contact us within 15 days of becoming aware of it, through the email address fernando@fernandodecarcer.com.

Fernando de Cárcer will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract. You will not incur any cost to make the return, if it is the case, since the cost of collecting the product will be borne by us that, once we have checked the defect or defect, we will pay you 100% of the amount paid in the purchase including shipping costs if you paid them.
