Fernando de Cárcer Hurtado de Mendoza funda en Madrid en el año 1988 una compañía textil, con el objetivo de diseñar y crear colecciones de ropa de caballero a terceras marcas, proporcionando desde diseño, selección de tejidos, patronaje y fabricación, trabajando siempre con talleres textiles españoles.
Tras más de 30 años de experiencia en el sector textil, habiendo diseñado y fabricado colecciones para cientos de marcas españolas, en el año 2014 Fernando lanza la marca de ropa Fernando de Cárcer, abriendo su primera tienda en Madrid, en la icónica calle Villalar.
